  • Does my dog have to have a rabies shot?

    Yes, it is required by law for any animal to have a rabies vaccine.

  • Do we do flea baths?

    We do not accept dogs with fleas in the building. The dog must be treated before entering our facility.

  • When can I expect my dog to be ready?

    Grooming times vary depending on size, temperament, shape of dog, and behavior. Usually, small-medium full grooms are a 3–4-hour time frame from start to finish. Medium-large full grooms are a 4–5-hour time frame. Bath dogs typically have a faster turnaround time. Ranging from 2-3 hours for short-haired breeds. The longer-coated big dogs are typically 3-4 hours. We will always send you a message when your baby is ready.

  • Do you take dogs with skin issues or need medicated shampoos?

    Yes, we will take dogs with skin issues as long as it’s not an infection. If your dog has a prescribed medicated shampoo, please make sure to bring it for your grooming services. We do have our own, but it may not meet the needs of your pet.

  • Do you take dogs with behavioral issues?

    This is a hard one to answer because it is determined on a case-by-case basis. Our number one priority is safety for all our employees and clients.

  • Do you have specific price list?

    We have a rough estimate of our pricing please see the pricing page for this information. Understand that it is an estimate and not a guarantee.

  • Do we hand strip?

    No, unfortunately, we do not offer that service currently.

  • Does my dog have to be crated?

    Yes, for the safety of your dog and other clients, all dogs must be crated if they aren’t being worked on to ensure their safety.

  • Do we offer mobile grooming?

    No, we are a storefront grooming salon.

  • Do we offer cat grooming?

    No, we do not groom cats currently.
